Constipation And Nausea
Is there over the counter medicine I can buy to help my nausea/vomiting? And also constipation/cramps?
I am 8 weeks pregnant and been drinking water/juice, but not sure if I do drink enough of it, I am constantly constipated, and when I do go #2, it turns out to be diahrhea and followed by major cramps, over and over again,
I’m on fiber meds, and decolax, but is peri colace bettter?

You may want to try some Gatorade to get those electrolytes back that you’re puking up. It is very important you stay hydrated.
Ginger is a natural remedy for morning sickness. Some women have had success with motion sickness arm bands. I found that never having an empty stomach was helpful. Always be nibbling on something bland (bananas, toast, crackers, etc).
For the constipation: it could be your prenatal vitamin. Many of them are loaded with iron which constipates. Ask your doctor about it. I used colace everyday and it helped keep things in check.
